Way to go! I would love to see a journal of your workouts and eats for a week….see what the heck I’m doing wrong now…so stuck and have actually gained:(
Good work Elle!!! Keep working hard. I’m starting a new workout program in January {Jamie Eason’s LiveFit Trainer}. You might take a look at it. It seems similar to The Weightlifting Rules for Women or whatever it’s called. I bought the book too, but because frustrated when I couldn’t understand it.
