Last weigh in: 163.6
Total loss to date: 49
Goal:130 (but maybe 135, we’ll see when we get there)

Good work Elle!!! Keep working hard. I’m starting a new workout program in January {Jamie Eason’s LiveFit Trainer}. You might take a look at it. It seems similar to The Weightlifting Rules for Women or whatever it’s called. I bought the book too, but because frustrated when I couldn’t understand it.
