My journey (a Polar video debut)

I received a special email this week with a link.

A link to a video that has been weeks in the works.

A video of a compilation of moments over the past few years of my journey, proving that anyone can do this.

There are so many resources and tools we have available to us as we fight on our healthiness journey. Websites, apps, programs, gyms, services, gadgets… the list goes on and on. At times, it can feel pretty overwhelming. And that’s without even all the fancy technologies out there that record this, tract that, report your abc’s and catalog your xyz’s. There are so many things to learn about when fighting for healthiness — and it is tools like a Polar HRM that help bridge the gap between being overwhelmed & being knowledgeable, powerful and purposeful. This is a journey — it means the minute we figure something out, we have the opportunity to look at what is next.

My Polar HRM has been there for me. Before the Ambassador program, before the FitBloggin’ Sponsorship and before the video, it was me and my Polar HRM. {click the links to read past posts & previous thoughts on Polar!}

I am a firm believer in leveraging not only our own strengths but also matching it with the tools and resources from outside our self, from companies like Polar, in order to more efficiently catapult our dreams into realities. A special thank you to Polar for sharing real stories like mine, with the intent on hoping to motivate and inspire others to fight for their own healthines goals.

I hope you enjoy the video! Stay tuned tomorrow for a post years in the works!

    What a well produced, sincere, authentic piece of multimedia. I understand it’s marketing material, but it’s meaningful and makes a clear connection of product -> value. I love that Polar is the type of company that does this. …and I love that you were featured for it. Your story, your message, your conviction…comes through so loud and clear πŸ™‚ To distill so much into so little time…job well done.
