Blogging for a Change

Blogging for a Change. I mentioned it last week: a project I’m working on with Jasmine (Eat, Move, Write) + Annabel (Feed Me I’m Cranky) + Elisabeth (Joggers Life). But do you really understand what this means?

Mission Statement: The purpose of Blogging for a Change is to put the power of blogging and the incredible goodness and strength of the blogging community to work in a healthy, positive way to literally change the world. This movement is designed to collect inspiration, goodness, and fundraising dollars and funnel it into worthwhile charities that better the lives of people all over the world.

Here’s how it’ll work: Everyone gets an automatic entry. Then, the more you donate, the more entries into the giveaway you get! 100% of your donation goes to charity! There is no draw-back! It is a win-win-win all around kind of thing!

Together, through Blogging for a Change, we can make a difference. All of us together, we can make a difference. Here are just a few of some of the sponsoring companies who have already agreed to join with us:

and so many more!

The Blogging for a Change Donation Rally will include products and services from numerous companies dedicated to healthy missions and positive social causes. The online rally will begin on Monday, April, 4th, 2011 at 9 a.m. EST and end Monday, April 11th, 11:59 p.m. EST.

Let the countdown begin: In a few short days,
you’ll have the opportunity to take part in something BIG!

I really, really love Stonyfield yogurt. Especially because they have whole milk yogurt that I can feed my child. However, it is LOADED with sugar. Consider this my plea to them to create a whole milk yogurt with less sugar! :-)
