$7 for 18 weeks.

Does this look familiar?

It is a little different.

Spring 2011 Workout Schedule

A few of you have reminded me about how much I enjoyed using a big fat red marker to cross off each of my workouts while I was training for the 10 mile race this past summer/fall. A big fat red marker on a big huge calendar that I had printed and hung on my wall.

So I did it again – because I want to be kept on track. I want to have a visual reminder. I want to see where I’ve been and where I’m going. I want there to be no guess work on what I’m doing and when. Because if left up to me, I’d let excuses become my reality.

$7 for 18 weeks of clarity.
$7 for 18 weeks of schedule.
$7 for 18 weeks of reminders.

Seriously – where else can you get 18 weeks of all of that for just $7? All you have to do is make a pretty spreadsheet and then upload it to Kinko’s website. Ask that it be printed and when you can, enter notes to say “Black & white chart 30 inches by however long.” Easy Peasy, quick slick. Heck, it is so easy that if you want help, email me!

I used the schedule I got from the New Rules of Lifting for Women and am really excited. So excited to start crossing days off that I even added a running workout on top of the lifting workout to get me back into being a running machine!

One more reminder: Today is your last chance to ENTER and win a ticket, donated by an anonymous donor, for the One Breath, One Step: A PriorFatGirl Get-Together this Saturday, January 15th. ENTER ENTER ENTER!

So glad you got the calendar printed and you can continue doing something that works for you! We are thinking about doing the same thing for our 1/2 marathon training!! :)

That’s such an awesome idea! I just made a google doc yesterday for my training plan of 12 weeks and that was FREE. :) I should print it out though so it’s a visual reminder of my training.

It’s great that you are finding ways to keep you on track! Sometimes it’s best to look back at what has worked!

Great Idea, those are some huge charts! I just use my planner and my dry erase board, but these will be great for big events!

I love the calender idea. I got a calender for Christmas, its photos from the farmers market in Minneapolis. I think I am going to use it to try and keep me motivated.
I did it last year when I was trying to push for a goal. It helps. I REALLY like how big that one is though…. I may just have to get one of those for next to the bed. make me focus on getting up and to the gym right away!

You totally answered the question I was going to ask … where did you get a printout that big. Thank you! That is cool. I’m a total chart/spreadsheet nerd and if I found somewhere to print things like that (we don’t have a Kino’s here) I’d wallpaper my house in that kind of stuff.

I think that chart will work well for you. It was a big motivator before.
