Speaker Bio’s

KitchenWerks founder Stacy Klone knows about kitchens, whether it’s in the home or at a top restaurant. Stacy has held every possible position in the restaurant business from dishwasher, general manager, to director of operations for multiple units.

As a ServSafe certified professional, she will educate you in proper food handling, selection and storage. Stacy shows you simple things that will amaze you because they work! Things most don’t even think about, but once in place, can’t live without.

Following her restaurant career, she spent 18 years with Dayton’s/Marshall Field’s/Macy’s honing her kitchen and gourmet prowess as a buyer ultimately becoming the Marketplace Director of Operations creating the Marketplace deli experience we know and love today. Stacy is naturally organized and professional in everything she does.

Mary Langfield is a Certified Holistic Health Coach dedicated to helping others make diet and lifestyle   changes that will positively affect their physical health and general outlook on life. She received her training at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN) in New York City. Certified by the American Association of Drugless Practitioners, she leads workshops and offers individual health, diet and nutrition counseling. Unlike the rigid approach taken by many modern diet fads, Mary’s program is flexible, fun and rewarding, with a focus on each person’s goals and personality.

Mary is your personal advocate for living an energized and passionate life. She works with clients to help them create happy, healthy lives in a way that is flexible, fun and free of denial and discipline. Making gradual, lifelong changes enables you to reach your current and future health goals.
