I just wrote a post about Embracing Sweat!! I love to sweat now. I know I’m shedding drops of myself when I work out that hard!

Here I am in all my red faced, just burned 2100 calories glory!

I wish I could take a sweaty pic, but I shower at the gym! A mom of 2, it’s the easiest way to ensure I get an interuption free shower in the morning… great incentive to make sure I go every single day!

Anyway, I wouldn’t want to leave my camera in a locker, but I will try to snap a camera photo this week sometime.

I noticed earlier this week (when I was feeling really self conscious) that overweight folks at the gym and healthy sized peeps at the gym all sweat. It’s the perception that fat people are sweating because they’re fat and slender folks are sweating because they’re working hard. It’s something that really pisses me off and I’m so glad you post stuff like this, it’s made a big difference to know that it’s okay to sweat, it’s normal and healthy.
