Stalk me please…

Whoa – I can’t believe it’s time to move already! You guys are so right, this move while although stressfull, probably won’t be as bad emotionally as I’m anticipating. Just gotta keep taking it one day at a time!

Last night, instead of staying home to back like a good girl, Carlos asked me to meet him and his coworkers out for some drinks and then dinner.

I am trying to cut back on some 
calories I’ve been eating over the past 
month so decided to pass on alcohol. 
Instead, I just got a diet coke.

They ordered a humongous appetizer samples like this.
And two HUGE platters of nacho’s.
I’m proud to say I had nothing from the 1st 
platter and only ate 1 chip with a little 
guacamole from nacho’s platters. I knew we were going 
out to eat and didn’t wanna fill up on crapola 
food that didn’t even look appetizing anyways!
For dinner, we went to Samba’s Brazilian Restaurant  
(same place we went to for New Year’s Eve dinner). I truly 
love this place – the food is DELISH and the owners 
are so nice and down to earth! They just opened 2 
months ago so if your here in Minneapolis, 
support local owners and skip the chain restaurant!

For appetizer, I ordered a tomatoes 
& cheese pastel and a palmito pastel.

They are like cream cheese wontons except with 
different fillings. I ate the entire tomato & 
cheese and a bite of the palmito pastel.

For dinner, I ordered the Carne Seca. 
(repeat of my New Year’s Eve Dinner.)

I barely ate half of it – it was so rich! I swear I made a
dent in it, this picture does not do my appetite justice.

Dessert? Carlos TOLLLDDDD me to get it! It is a 
chocolate coconut ball thingie. Not heavy chocolate, 
just the coconut is chocolate flavored. I took two 
small bites and am saving the rest for this 
weekend (I hope it makes it to this weekend!)

Tonight I am packing up our kitchen and making a few runs over to the new place while Carlos goes to play poker. Tomorrow I have a info session for a new networking group I’m trying to get into and then lunch with my sisters.

I’m GOING TO GO TO THE GYM in the afternoon and then finish moving. Sunday? I dunno. Maybe catch up on sleep or emails or unread blogs!

I am going to fight fight fight to get into the gym both days this weekend, despite the fact that I’d much rather curl up and catch up on sleep. I know once I get there, I’ll feel better. Who’s gonna check on me? Stalk me via Twitter, Facebook, txt, email, whatever. I MUST GET INTO THE GYM!
