The following women did not take their
post-workout picture because they looked
their bestest. Because they’ve probably looked better.
The following women did not send in their
picture to prove anything to me. Because
they don’t need my approval for anything.
These women took their post-workout
picture, sweaty pictures and sent it
in because they are proud of themselves.
This is their time to shine. Not in front of you, but in front of themselves. Having their pictures up in here proves to themselves they are beautiful when they take care of themselves. They glow when they allow their body to be the healthy functioning machine it is. This picture of them today in this post is a visual reminder to continue to be proud of what they accomplish when they work hard and fight towards their goals.
