Unplanned workout

Happy Wednesday everyone!

Thanks for all the feedback yesterday. I really didn’t realize so many of you also felt like you are needing a change. I’m still not quite sure what this “change” is that I feel like I need but I am a firm believer in everything happening for a reason and that there is some big master plan out there. I know everything will be fine and I’ll figure out my path :)

In the mean time, I had another vegetarian day yesterday. As I mentioned, I’m not sure if the Vegetarian lifestyle is 100% what I want to do but I’m okay with doing it more often than not. I won’t be mad at myself if I eat meat every once in awhile but dont think I’m going to on a regualar basis – at least for now. We’ll see what happens next.

For lunch, I had
Amy’s Vegetable Lasagna.

I was nervous because it sure didn’t look appetizing. I was pretty surprised to see a paper container. Most other frozen meals come in plastic ones.

Good news! I squeezed in a 20 minute workout yesterday! I got home around 5:15 and knew I had just enough time to do a quick workout and have enough left time left over to clean up and still make it to dinner by 7pm. So guess what I did?

Have you gone to check this site out? I swear, they aren’t paying me to preach about the site but it is so convienent! I did the above video and by the end was sweating!

I got to the restaurant at 7pm but I stuck with water, no ice. I also grabbed two slices of pizza – they were SUPER thin crust DELISH!

Objects in photo appear larger
than they actually are.
(And that’s a mushroom on the left,
not sausage! Both slices are vegetarian.)

There was a variety of samples to choose from to
take home. I grabbed the Nature Valley Nut
Clusters and may have dug deep into the bag
multiple times on the ride home!

It was great to connect with so many blog-heads like Kate in the Kitchen, Liz from The Kitchen Pantry Scientist,  Molly from Tastebud Art, Jennifer from Unplanned Cooking, Lenore from Mom Culture, and Off Camera with Trish Van Pilsum.

Iggy Update
I know he is so adorable and most of you just wait and wait and wait for me to publish photo’s of dear Iggy! Let’s be honest, it really is why most of you keep coming back here, right? Last night, I got home from my evening and was catching up on some blogging. Don’t tell Carlos but Iggy jumped up on the couch and I may have let him explore a little.

Shaggy Iggy (who is in desperate need of a
hair cut) got himself shimmied between
the cushions and seemed to like it there!

For about 20 minutes he just sat quietly chewing his
bone and was not bothered by the fact that
he was in between two cushions!

YOU
IGGY!
