Friday already

I wonder if anyone actually dislikes a Friday? 
I have a super exciting weekend ahead of me! Tonight I’m going to meet up with a super special friend to make some low-cal Pad Thai. I think. She’s never had it before so maybe we’ll change our minds. One thing for sure? There will be wine present! Pictures to come!
Tomorrow Carlos and I are going to meet our friends Toby & David to celebrate Toby’s birthday. We are going to Cheesecake Factory. One thing I won’t be having? 
The Cheesecake Factory Grilled Shrimp & Bacon Club.

recommendations for the Cheesecake Factory?
Not sure what I’m going to do after dinner – Carlos is going to go play Poker so its up to me to decide! Maybe a quiet night at home! 
Sunday is Super Bowl Sunday. Are we the only ones who don’t have plans yet? We have a TV but its about 6 years old and doesn’t get very good reception. We don’t watch very much TV and instead spend most of our time in front of our laptop monitors – even to watch movies or TV (I love you hulu.com!)
Activity this week
I’ve been pretty good with my activity this week! I’ve done cardio Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday and plan on working out today over lunch plus tomorrow!  That’s five days, I’m taking it as success! I also did weight training 1 day a week – not as much as I’d like but better than nothing!
Eating has been pretty good too – I have tried to increase my vegetables and am really enjoying creating my own made up salads minus lettuce (why minus lettuce? I have no clue – I’m having enough fun without it.) Here’s one that I made up yesterday. 
It had celery, carrots, peas, squash, beans, 
raisins, black olives, a little blue cheese
and a drizzle of red whine vinegar. 
I had no clue what I was doing but it 
was DELISH! I love our cafeteria!
