Happy Monday ya’ll! Thanks for all your supportive comments on Friday’s post. I’m not sure where my healthiness journey will take me next but I’m glad I have so many awesome friends who are coming along with me! I’ll keep you in the loop of what I find out. For now, just have a couple of different appointments in the next couple of weeks so we’ll see what happens!
Remember a couple of weeks ago, I mentioned I finally did a workout video from Exercise TV? Since then, I’ve done a couple more and love the fact that on lazy days when I don’t want to leave my house to go to the gym, I can just scroll through the options and find a full length workout video to do in my own living room.
