Hello PriorFatGirl friends! Lindsay, another priorfatgirl here (wow!! That’s great, I’m still getting used to saying/typing that!)
So, as Jen had mentioned, I am beginning the Habit Changer Program for weight loss TODAY. New Year, new me! I’m so cheesy and cliché! But c’mon, I can’t think of a better time to start changing my habits than on the first day of the new year, can you…? I didn’t think so. 😉
Let’s get down to the “meat and potatoes” of this post. What am I expecting from the Habit Changer program?
Well, let’s see. Weight loss! I think that’s a given, but I’m just gonna throw it out there. Some of the stats on the program are pretty encouraging.
*86% of people who tried Habit Changer reported that they became more aware of their habits (nice, I could use a little awareness!)
*69% of people who have tired Habit Changer reported that they have made positive changes in their habits as a result of taking the program (cha-ching! I need better habits!)
*78% of people would recommend it to others (well, we’ll see about that when the 42-days are up!)
Plus, I’ve been reading a lot of the comments on the program by previous users and LOTS of people have LOTS of great things to say.
I’m feeling a little nervous about starting the program… mostly because I know you guys are “watching” me. 😉 It’s good though! Total accountability, right? Something else that I desperately need!
Over the next 42-days, I’ll update regularly here about how the program is going for me. I promise to report the good days, the bad days, the days I just don’t feel like changing my habits and the days that I’m all for it. I’m going to be totally transparent with you guys.
I’m very excited for this opportunity and I want to give PriorFatGirl Jen a HUGE thank you for allowing me the opportunity to give this program a try… and of course, the opportunity to become a PriorFatGirl.
