Hi guys! First things first, I DO have a picture of myself, taken at my lowest weight to date. I said I was going to post it Friday night or Saturday… and I just didn’t. I completely forgot. Yesterday, I didn’t get get to my blog to post anything, bad blogger! I did catch up on you guys though, I cannot go a day without reading your blogs.
This isn’t official yet, but I may turn my blogging to just a few times a week, when I have something to talk about or something interesting to say, rather than a daily blog. I don’t know for sure yet. But sometimes, I feel like I log on here and have absolutely nothing to say – especially weight-related things. So, I’m thinking quality over quantity… we’ll see.
Anyways, back to the picture – I have it. I took it. It’s on my camera. Remember, though… I kept forgetting to bring my camera cord to work to upload it…? Yeah, I remembered my camera cord (woo-hoo!!!) BUT, forgot my camera! Hahahahaha! Jeez Linds, if it’s not one thing, it’s something else! Forgive me, lovely bloggers! I will post it. I promise. I am working late tonight, so maybe I will have the motivation to jump on quickly after work and just get that darn thing posted! Urgh.. Haha
So, let’s get to the “meat” of this post, shall we…? I tried something new this morning. Something, that in the past, I didn’t like. I tried Oatmeal this morning. Small task…? Maybe to some. Not so much to me. I am not, at all, a breakfast person. I love breakfast food, but mostly at times that are not “breakfast time”. Breakfast at noon, delish. Breakfast for dinner, delish. Breakfast in the early morning… urrggh, just let me sleep! Especially oatmeal. Ick. Well, “ick” in the past. First, I know breakfast is “the most important meal of the day” – so I should be eating it. So, this was my attempt at eating breakfast. It’s quick, it’s easy. I can do that. But oatmeal…? The consistency is what gets to me. It’s so…. gross. Haha! But, I was pleasantly surprised this morning. It tasted good. I had the Apple & Cinnamon – or something like that. It really did taste good. But the consistency is still kind of gross to me. But, I got through it because I know breakfast is good for me. And oatmeal is a wise choice. I have not been hungry like I usually am. This is a nice change! I did eat a clementine early afternoon and am about to go warm up my lunch – no tummy growling, no hunger-headache… it’s nice! I think I just may stick to this oatmeal thing…
