All posts prior to today were originally published on a previous blog. Posts were imported on to my new PriorFatGirl blog – while all of the original blog content and comments remain intact, some formatting was lost in the import.

Thank you for joining me on my journey – I look forward to sharing my success, frustrations, and everything in between with you!

The other day on twitter, a short but very important conversation took place…

  • @joggerslife: I seriously can’t believe the pain in my triceps today. can barely move my arms after Sunday’s TRX/wheely contraption workout. Insanity.
  • @priorfatgirl: sounds like a good workout – got it written down to share?
  • @joggerslife: That’s a good idea. I’ll put it together…it’s definitely a keeper

My training sessions are about to run out and – well, you know we are trying to get to Italy, so doing another year of training sessions just isn’t in the budget. I know I’m not alone in not being able to afford a trainer. And frankly, I’m scared that without a trainer, I’ll go back to the land of cardio never to return to the testosterone zone of weights.

I know for so many of you, even having a gym membership is not in the budget.

So…what better then for all of us to put our brains together and put together a PriorFatGirl Workout Guide! Think of the PriorFatGirl E-Cookbook kind of thing but for workouts. A guide that’s full of options for 15, 30, 45 or even 60 minute cardio and/or weight routines. For beginners, intermediates and advanced people.

For people who…

  • feel like they don’t know how to incorporate weights into their workout routine.
  • need to get out of their 30 walking routine.
  • made a New Years Resolution and intend on preparing themselves with the tools they need to stick with it this time!
  • don’t have a gym membership!
  • are at the beginning of their journey and have no idea where to start.

But, I need your help. While I have some idea’s for both cardio & weight workouts, I need more. Do you have a workout that you do & love? Submit it! Come up with new idea’s on how others can incorporate activity into their lives. We gotta help motivate others!

  • Include your website if you want it published.
