Hi everyone! I am so bummed, I taped a video for you today as a surprise for today’s post but wouldn’t ya guess, my camera died right before I uploaded the video! Oh well, life happens huh? I’ll have to find a different way to surprise ya!
My intent is to keep today’s post short because I have something uber exciting I’m working on… the PriorFatGirl E-Cookbook! It is really coming together (with the help of Lindsay from Lindsay: Under Construction) and I’m so excited for ya’ll to see this!

A couple months ago, I was offered the chance to try Silk Soy Milk. I have to admit, I wasn’t excited. I tried soy milk about 4 years ago and didn’t finish the glass.
I poured it over my beloved cereal.


Verdict? VERY IMPRESSIVE! It had a slight nutty taste which I was impressed with because it gave my cereal a little extra ooomph. I also replaced my normal creamer with Silk and again, it added a slight nutty flavor. One side note, I don’t think I would drink it straight – I prefer regular milk instead.
