Shut Up And Drive
For the past week, I’ve been blogging some serious positive self-talk. All great, happy, fuzzy posts, I agree. Yesterday, as I was on my way to work, I started to think about my entry from yesterday about how I wasn’t giving up. And then I started thinking about the post from Tuesday, Monday, and last Friday.
And as I was thinking about warm & fuzzy my post’s have been, Rhianna’s song “Shut up and Drive” came on…
uh, if you haven’t heard this song, I strongly suggest you climb out from under the rock your living under. The verse in this song goes a lil’ something like this:

And I got to thinking…all this talk for what? Maybe I should just shut up and drive. Put the pedal to the medal and start to walk the talk I’m talking. I need to take a cue from Rhianna and just shut up and drive.
Last night, I went to the gym. For the first time in 7 days. I am not going to give up on myself and now its time to PROVE IT.
